Once a month, on a Sunday morning, as close to the new moon as possible, we gather.
To remember what it feels like to be in our body, with our breath — in something quieter and more real than the noise of everyday life.
This is a space where you can arrive as you are, and remember what it feels like to actually be here — in your body and on the earth.
We'll move through a simple arc together — an arrival, breathing, settling, letting the nervous system soften out of the week. Gentle, intentional movement. Self-touch. Stillness. Subtle work with breath and attention. Deep listening. Earth-based ritual practices, working with the elements.
Deep integration and co-regulation through connection, community, and practices humans have shared for thousands of years.
There's always space to do less, go slower, or simply lie down and receive.
Some Sundays will feel soft and restorative. Some more playful. Others more alive and energising. We'll work with the energy of the day, the moon, and the wider seasons and cycles.
What stays the same is the container — intentional, devotional, and rooted in the body's own intelligence.
And really, it's all ritual — anything we do with intention and devotion becomes ritual.
There's nothing to get right here. The body already knows how to do this.
We're simply creating the conditions for you to remember.
