FLOW, St Michaels

Flow is an intentional, embodied movement practice that blends fluid strength, functional mobility, and intuitive movement into a grounded yet playful group experience.

Classes are guided as a flow-based practice, inviting you to listen to your body, follow sensation, and move in ways that feel supportive and true for you. There is an emphasis on the strength required to move with fluidity, control, and freedom through different movement patterns, with space for both structure and exploration, supporting intuition, self-trust, and freedom of movement.
