We can focus on a specific movement system — yoga, strength training, mobility, or flow — or move into a more embodiment-led, somatic practice, gently weaving awareness, ritual, and presence into your movement and daily life.
Sessions can draw from a combination of these approaches to support your unique body, needs, and rhythms. Movement becomes most powerful when it’s approached as an intentional practice — supporting you, bringing joy, and reconnecting you to what feels true and alive in your body.
Each session is tailored to you, whether that’s developing a sustainable personal yoga practice, strength training to support body recomposition and hormonal balance, using mobility work to create greater freedom in the body, or working more subtly with grounding, regulation, and connection through breath-led and somatic practices.
